want your online shopping experience to be as easy as possible. Here's a quick
overview of how our shopping cart works.
Once you leave the SynLubes.com
Homepage, you'll either be on a product description/ordering page, or an admin
information page.
All product pages have the same layout: - Select
the item(s) on each page you want to buy;
- Replace the "0" in the quantity
box with your desired quantity;
- Repeat for all desired items on that page.
- Click the "Add to Your Shopping Cart" button on the page bottom.
Clicking the "Add..." button takes you to your "Shopping Cart". This is where
we keep a running total of all the items you've selected, their descriptions,
prices and shipping charges, if any. (Remember – the freight's on us for
orders over $300!)
Each cart entry is followed by three buttons that
you can click to increase or decrease the quantity in your cart, or remove it
altogether.
Click the "Continue Shopping" image to return to the homepage
and choose another shopping category.
Every page on our site has the
"View Your Shopping Cart" and the "Go To Checkout Now" buttons available. Clicking
one of these at any time will either show you your current cart contents, or begin
the checkout process.
Once you "Go To Checkout Now" you will be asked
if you are a Maryland resident. Sorry, but we have to add the 6% state sales tax
if you are. No tax on orders shipped out of state!
Next you choose which
order form you need. To protect your confidential information, we offer five different
secure server options: - Order by Credit Card Online
- Your
order is instantly sent to our processing department, and normally ships within
two business days.
- Gift Order by Credit Card Online
- For gift
sending, or anytime you want to use a "ship to" address different from your billing
address.
- Order by Credit Card using FAX
- Download
Catalog PDF. Fill out all necessary information, submit, then print and fax
your order to us. If desired, you may submit the form without even entering your
credit card number, then add it by hand before faxing to us. (For your convenience,
our fax number appears on the order form).
- Order by Check through Postal
Mail
- Similar to the FAX option above. Place your order, then print and
mail the order form along with your check. (For your convenience, our mailing
address appears on the order form). You can also Download

- Order by Credit Card through Postal Mail
- Fill
out all necessary information, submit, then print and mail your order to us. If
desired, you may submit the form without even entering your credit card number,
then add it by hand before mailing to us. (For your convenience, our mailing address
