United States. For APO shipments, - Complete your order
online via our secure server. (US Credit card orders are accepted.)
- Provide
us an email address, phone number or other way to contact you.
- We
will manually calculate your freight rates, then contact you with the adjusted
shipping rate for your order.
- We will not ship your order nor
bill you for it until you reauthorize the shipment, including the adjusted shipping
rate.

overseas or international address. We are not accepting overseas credit card orders.

RETURNS

your order before discarding packing materials. If an item is damaged, do not
refuse or return it before contacting us. If a return is necessary, please follow
these steps:
- Contact us, letting us know
the reason for your return. Let us know whether you prefer a
- replacement,
- refund, or
- different item.
- We will authorize the return and provide
you the "return to" address.
- Securely wrap and return the merchandise
in its original carton.
- Include the original (or a photocopy) of the order
papers you received with the shipment.
- Merchandise returned via Parcel Post
should be insured in the event it is necessary to trace the shipment.
- Return
the merchandise to ASAP.
