OVERSEAS/INTERNATIONAL/APO-FPO/ALASKA/HAWAII ORDERS
At this time, ASAP is not shipping any products to any overseas, international, APO-FPO, Alaska or Hawaii address. We are not accepting overseas credit card orders. Our product manufacturers have overseas distributors/dealers you may find of help to you.

RETURNS
We always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order before discarding packing materials. If an item is damaged, do not refuse or return it before contacting us. If a return is necessary, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us, letting us know the reason for your return. Let us know whether you prefer a
   1. replacement,
   2. refund, or
   3. different item.
2. We will authorize the return and provide you the "return to" address.
3. Securely wrap and return the merchandise in its original carton.
4. Include the original (or a photocopy) of the order papers you received with the shipment.
5. Merchandise returned via Parcel Post should be insured in the event it is necessary to trace the shipment.
6. Return the merchandise to ASAP.
